Omega-3-Lecithin Oil is an energy oil optimizing fat metabolism.

Lecithin is one of the most valuable active substances in nature and a crucial component of cells. It is essential for the constant renewal of all body cells and nerve cells, influencing various metabolic processes. The more important the cell, tissue, or bodily fluid, the higher its lecithin content. Brain cells, nerves, blood, heart, liver, semen, milk, and especially egg yolk (10% lecithin) contain high lecithin concentrations. Lecithin also has strong emulsifying properties.

Among all nutrients, lecithin is the most important catalyst and enhancer of metabolism.

Key lecithin components are choline and inositol, which prevent excessive fat deposition in the liver and kidneys. Their deficiency causes liver damage and inhibits growth. Choline, together with vitamin C, L-carnitine, and the ACTH hormone, enhances fat burning. Inositol affects protein metabolism, supporting muscle development and optimal feathering. Additionally, it helps with even fat distribution in the body.

Omega-3-Lecithin Oil contains a balanced combination of high-quality oils rich in important fatty acids — linoleic and linolenic acids. It also contains balanced amounts of arachidonic acid. Large-molecule Omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA are essential for metabolism, providing pigeons with sufficient energy for flight. The vitamin E (fertility vitamin) content protects other vitamins from oxidation and activates glands.

Especially during phases of heavy physical demand like breeding, flights, and molting, it is recommended to use Omega-3-Lecithin Oil together with Probac Energy or A.P.F. 90 protein supplements. Proper nutrient supply during young birds’ growth supports optimal physical development and prevents chick diseases.

Recommended dosage:

• Moisten 1 kg of feed twice a week with 5 ml Omega-3-Lecithin Oil and add 5 g Probac Energy or 5 g A.P.F. 90.
