Complaints and Warranty

The Sales Agreement covers new Products.
The Seller is obliged to deliver to the Customer an item free from defects.
In case a defect occurs in the goods purchased from the Seller, the Customer has the right to file a complaint based on the warranty provisions under the Civil Code.
Complaints should be submitted in writing or electronically to the contact addresses of the Seller provided in these Terms and Conditions.
It is recommended that the complaint include, among other things, a concise description of the defect, circumstances (including the date) of its occurrence, the Customer’s details, and the Customer’s request related to the defect in the goods.
The Seller will respond to the complaint promptly, no later than within 14 days, and if the Seller fails to respond within this period, it is considered that the Seller accepted the Customer’s claim as justified.
Goods returned as part of the complaint procedure should be sent to the address indicated in § 3 of these Terms and Conditions.
If a warranty has been granted for the Product, information about it, including its terms, will be included in the Product description in the Store.

Complaints should be submitted in writing or electronically to the contact addresses of the Seller provided in these Terms and Conditions, or by using the electronic complaint form made available by the Seller on one of the Store’s subpages.
The Seller will respond to the complaint promptly, and if the Customer is a Consumer, no later than within 14 days. If the Customer is a Consumer and the Seller does not respond to the complaint within 14 days, it is considered that the Seller accepted the Customer’s claim as justified.
