L-carnitine plays a key role in transporting long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria, where they are converted into energy needed by muscle cells — making it an effective fat burner for stored body fats.
L-carnitine also enhances sperm motility, which is crucial for improving fertility and fertilization quality.
For breeding purposes, it’s recommended to combine this product with SELEVIT.
The formula includes an optimal level of magnesium and vitamin B5, which effectively supports the function and absorption of L-carnitine in the body.
Recommended use:

Middle-distance races: 5 ml per 1 liter of water, 1–2 times per week
