A blend of essential elements along with vitamin C and betaine effectively protects the body from dehydration and ensures fast recovery after exertion or illness. The addition of vitamin C increases resistance to stress and improves cardiovascular function, while betaine accelerates and enhances metabolic and energy processes in the liver.

Recommended dosage:
10–25ml / 1 liter of water:

• In case of diarrhea: 10–15ml / 1 liter of water, once a day

• Before flight, on basketing day – to improve condition: 15ml / 1 liter of water

• Post-flight regeneration (immediately): 20–25ml / 1 liter of water; later hours after flight: 10–15ml / 1 liter of water
